All Sales are FINAL on Custom Name Jewelry sold at this website: Due to the nature of the custom jewelry business, all sales are final once an order has been placed. All custom name jewelry items advertised are special ordered for each individual customer and name. Once an order is placed with the custom jewelry manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled and is not returnable. No refund, exchange or cancellation is allowed upon receipt of payment for a custom name jewelry order. There are no CASH refunds. Placing an order for custom name jewelry at this website constitutes agreement to this policy.

Gold Spot Market Price Disclosure: We make every effort to provide beautiful, hard to find genuine diamond jewelry, custom jewelry and other jewelry gifts at a very competitive price. If the precious metal market price goes over $1300 per ounce or if the suppliers increase their prices to us, our online prices may be effected. We reserve the right to change pricing- please see FAQ before placing an order at this store. If this should ever occur, the customer will be contacted for authorization to proceed with their order at the new price. If the new price is agreed to, we will send an email invoice to customer for payment via Google Checkout.

Other non-custom jewelry items are not refundable however they are exchangeable. There is a 35% re-stocking fee charged by the supplier. Store credit only on exchanges. No cash refunds.

If an item is out of stock at the time we order from the supplier, we will offer the customer one of the following: 1.) Substitute item of similiar style, gram weight and size if available. 2.) Option to wait for item to be special ordered with a wait time of approx 3-4 weeks. 3.) Refund the order/ payment upon customer request. Please note: we can check the availability of any item before payment is made upon customer email request. Use the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link featured on any product page to send questions about availability on any item featured at this site.

We ship orders only to the card holders billing address. No exceptions.

Order processing time & notification of shipment: Custom name jewelry orders will require approx 7-10 business days to be made once the order has been processed to the custom jeweler. Business days are Monday through Friday ONLY and do NOT include weekends or national holidays.

When an order is ready to ship out to a customer, we will send notice of shipment by email to the customer along with complete tracking information.

In times before, during and after National Holidays, industry events, religious holidays, etc- the order processing time may be delayed an approx 2-3 business days or more.

Important Shipping and Delivery Disclosure: USPS is responsible for delivery of packages and Everything Bling is responsible for the procesessing of orders. All orders shipped to customers will require a signature upon delivery. However not all of the packages are available with tracking services.

Lost or stolen deliveries: If an order is lost, stolen or fraudulently received once it has shipped from Everything Bling to the customer, a formal insurance claim will have to be filed with USPS. Insurance claims filed with USPS will take approx 30 days to be processed. Everything Bling only issues refunds for lost, stolen and fraudulently received orders if USPS issues the refund after the investigation is complete. We ship all packages with some type of signature confirmation and insurance.

Unexpected Issues: If an unexpected issue occurs during the processing of an order, we reserve the right to take the steps and time necessary to follow through to resolve the issue. An unexpected issue could be something such as: missed deliveries, wrong item received from supplier, item failed our inspection, national holidays, etc. If an unexpected issue occurs, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and take the steps necessary to resolve & correct the unexpected issue.

Gram Weights, Diamond Carats & Dimensions: All gram, carat weights and product dimensions shown at the Everything Bling website are approximate only. We do our very best to measure and weigh items exactly however due to manufacturing issues when any item is actually being made, we can only give approximate sizes, carat and gram weights. If there is any difference in gram, carat weight or dimensions, it will be minimal and in most cases is exactly as shown. We reserve the right to not be responsible for slight differences in gram, carat weights or dimensions.

Product Breakage/ Damage Warranty: All merchandise offered at Everything Bling is purchased brand new from the manufacturer or custom made by the jeweler or manufacturer and shipped in this condition to the customer. Each item is inspected before shipment for any damage or flaws. We do not send out broken, used or flawed items. When an order is received by a customer, it will be in brand new, flawless condition. If a flaw is noticed or the item does not pass our inspection, we reserve the right to return the item to the supplier and request a new piece.

Customers responsibility: Once Everything Bling ships an order to a customer, we can not assume how it is being used or cared for. It is the customers responsibilty to wear and care for their jewelry properly. We reserves the right to refuse responsibilty for merchandise no longer in our possession. Meaning: we do not guarantee breakage, missing stones, or any other damage caused to the jewelry by the person wearing it. If a customer buys jewelry from us and breaks it, we will not be held responsible or liable.

International customers may not order online. Some US Customers do not have debits or credit cards. If you are an international customer or if you are not able to make payment using a debit or credit card online there are other options available.
